REGISTRATIONS

GREENVILLE UNITED SOCCER CAMPS

Greenville United invites children in Greenville and surrounding regions to attend our Soccer Camps . Greenville United currently competes in the First Flight League, a competitive amateur men's soccer league in North America.
To attend the soccer camp, players should be between the ages of 5 - 15.     

We hold three summer camps:

JUNE 20-23

Field Site: Barnet Park (3613 Sand Clay Rd., Kinston NC 28501)

Kindly fill out the form below. Each child must be registered separately for easy identification. The parent or guardian must be present at check-in to fill out and sign the waiver before participation is authorized.

There is an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and persons with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable. By participating in this tryout, I voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.

Prior to your beginning work with Attain, you will be required to complete Form I-9, certifying your eligibility to work in the United States.
